Accident Reconstruction

A retainer fee of  $520.00 is required and is non-refundable.  The rate is $130.00 per hour plus expenses.  The retainer is used to cover the first four hours work.  Drive time is charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour outside of Lake County 

Mapping a Scene

The rate for mapping a scene is $160.00 per hour plus drive time outside of Lake County.  Rate is higher because it take more than one person to map a scene.  Scale drawings are made at the hourly rate of $130.00.  Client is provided with one copy of the scale drawing.  Additional copies are $50.00 each.

Crash Data Retrieval

Flat fee of $500.00 plus $50.00 per hour drive time outside of Lake County. This includes an interpretation of the data collected.  Fee is reduced to $250.00 if done during the course of a full reconstruction

Testimony

Depositions, Arbitration and Court appearances are done at a rate of $130.00 per hour with a three hour minimum due a week in advance.  Additional time over the three hours is billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate.  This includes up to two persons appearing.  Add $40.00 per hour for each additional person appearing.   Time begins upon arrival.   Drive time outside of Lake County is billed at a rate of $50.00 per hour for two people.  Add $20.00 per hour for each additional person.

Other Services

Please call with your special need.  Services such as examining reports or photos but no actual reconstruction is requested are quoted on a case by case basis, depending on the workload and what the client wants done with the examination.
