Craig Anderson - Owner, Reconstructionist
I have been a police officer in Northeast Ohio for over 23 years. I received my reconstruction training through the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy (OPOTA). I have also received specialized training in reconstructing accidents involving bicycles, pedestrians, motorcycles, low speed impact, occupant kinematics and biomechanics, Crash Data Retrieval, vehicle energy/crush deformation, and applied physics in accident reconstruction. I am a member in good standing of NAPARS (National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists) www.napars.org, and the Arc Network www.accidentreconstruction.com. I have investigated all types of crashes ranging from low speed impact to very complex fatals in my career.
I am also certified as an instructor through OPOTA and currently teach at the Lakeland Community College Regional Police Academy.
David Stephen Anderson -BSChE
David holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana and is working on completing his Masters Degree. He currently teaches math, chemistry, physical science and physics for the Cleveland School District. David brings to the company his vast expertise in physics as well as math, science and his experience as an engineer and teacher. David is a member of AIChE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers)
Mark Justice - Accident Reconstructionist
Mark comes to us with over 22 years of experience as a police officer in Northeast Ohio. Mark has been trained in accident investigation and reconstruction through the Ohio State Highway Patrol and The Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy. He has received specialized training in the areas of pedestrians, commercial vehicles, biomechanics, traffic engineering fundamentals, expert testimony, Nikon Total Station, Visual Statement Collision and Crime Scene Diagramming, Vehicle Energy/Crush Deformation, VC-2000 and VC-3000 Acceleration/Braking Computer, videography and photography. Mark has also testified as an expert witness in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Mark is a member of the Hillcrest area SPAN Traffic Accident Investigation Unit as part of his police duties. Mark has investigated a wide range of traffic accidents ranging from minor damage to complex fatal crashes in his 22 year career.
Vincent J. Cronin - Accident Reconstructionist
Vincent has been a police officer for over 12 years here in Northeast Ohio. He completed his accident reconstruction training at The Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy in London, Ohio. Vincent is a certified OPOTA instructor and is an instructor for Emergency Vehicle Operations. Vincent is also a certified motor officer as part of his police duties. He has received specialized training in low speed impact/occupant kinematics reconstruction, vehicle energy/crush deformation, motorcycle crash reconstruction, highway-railway grade crossing investigation, commercial vehicle reconstruction, and pedestrian/bicycle crash reconstruction. Vincent has investigated numerous motor vehicle accidents ranging from minor damage to fatalities, including a rather unusual fatal accident involving a powered golf cart. Vincent is an active member in good standing of NAPARS (National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists), SOAR (Society of Accident Reconstructionists), The ARC Network, and IAMI (International Association of Marine Investigators).
Robert Gonzalaz - Accident Reconstructionist
Bob has been a police officer in Northeast Ohio for over 19 years attaining the rank of Sergeant. Bob also served as a part-time firefighter from 1988 to 1995 in Northeast Ohio. He completed his reconstruction training at the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy. His training also includes commercial vehicles, anti-lock brakes, arson investigation, and human factors in accident reconstruction. He is a supervisor for his departments traffic accident investigation bureau.
